Online Landscape Painting Class
Tuesdays 2-4:30pm PDT

Online Class
Students will work from photos they take. Noah will talk about perspective and will teach the use of plumb lines, comparative measurement, and tilt angle to find correct proportions. Noah will show how he mixes colours and talk about how he thinks about colour when painting. You will learn how to start your painting, see and record shapes clearly and simply, and model form by carefully observing the properties of light.
Students can work on a new painting each class or work on the same painting for a few classes.
The online classes are on a private YouTube channel. The classes are in 4k and recorded so students can re-watch at any time. Noah will livestream his demo to start the class. Students will work at home from their photos. Students will email photos of their work in progress during the class and Noah will critique and help each students on the live stream.
You need an internet connection and a computer, laptop or tablet to watch as well as a cell phone with a camera or a digital camera to take pictures of your work and email them to me during the class!
Lots of demos and individual instruction!
Some drawing experience recommended.

Payment is required in full to reserve your place. You are not registered until your payment has been received.
Cancellation and makeup class policy:
If you cancel 5 days before the start of class you get a full refund. Cancel after this date there is no refund. If a class has to be cancelled by Noah, you get a full refund. There is a no makeup class policy.
